Sebastian Bushey, 28, is a construction worker from Washington state. While driving home from work on a scorching hot afternoon, Sebastian spotted a tiny puppy about 75 yards off the road near the the Grand Ronde River.
The poor animal was stranded in the middle of nowhere, left to die in the 105-degree heat. Sebastian couldn’t understand how anyone could possibly abandon an innocent creature like this.
The worker called out to the pup and was astonished when six more followed suit, anxiously emerging from the bushes one-by-one.
While filming the rescue on his phone, he was able to get a better look at the stranded group of puppies. It was clear they were all severely dehydrated and starving.
“The puppies seemed very timid and nervous to come towards me because the bush was the only shade they had around them,” he told Caters News Agency.
After putting all seven puppies in his truck, this heroic construction worker drove them to a local animal shelter. They finally received the care they so desperately needed.
As you’re about to see, these miraculous and inspiring puppies have since made an incredible transformation.
